ITSST and related qualifications

The ITSST programme is recommended as support learning material for a number of qualifications that attract government funding through the Learning and Skills Councils, as defined by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA), ie:

IT Practitioners (Systems Support) Vocational Related Qualifications (VRQs) at Level 2 
IT Practitioners (Systems Support) Technical Certificates at Level 2 
IT Services Customer Systems Support National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications (S/NVQs) Level 2

These are awarded by a number of awarding bodies, including City and Guilds (www.city-and-guilds.co.uk), Edexcel (www.edexcel.org.uk) and EAL (www.eal.org.uk). Contact your preferred awarding body or local college/training provider for further information on these qualifications.
